Jim Tegelhutter has a passion to see a genuine, authentic move of God. Not some man-made “emotion-fest,” but a legitimate outpouring of the Holy Spirit where men’s hearts are truly changed. Early in his ministry “tour of duty,” a mentor started him reading faith generals of old like Charles Spurgeon, Charles Finney, Leonard Ravenhill, Robert Murray M’Cheyne, Smith Wigglesworth, John Wesley, Duncan Campbell… to name a few. This caused a deep longing in Jim to truly see the God of the Bible for as He really is and since then, he has been on a relentless pursuit of real revival, serving here in the states and preaching in Guatemala, Ecuador, Africa and England. Having been in full time ministry since 1986 contending for a generation as he worked with crisis teenagers, Jim now serves as the Lead Pastor of Revive. Jim and his wife Monique (along with their daughter Abbey) moved from Minnesota to call central Florida their home as of July of 2012. Jim has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and is currently working on his PhD at Southeastern University.
Yaphet had an encounter with the Holy Spirit in September 2005 which changed the direction of his life. That experience led him to become intentional finding his God ordained purpose in the Lord. His passion is to see the 'Fire of God' fall on His people. One of his favorite scriptures is found in Zechariah 4:6b ('Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit, says the Lord of host'). Over the years, he's ministered or volunteered in areas of intercessory prayer, youth ministry, outreach, and past seven years part of an Orlando Men's Ministry serving those in transitional housing. Yaphet understands, he's only able to do anything by the Spirit of God. He enjoys serving the Lord and church leadership. In October 2018, he started attending Revive Church and believed it was a divine call from what the Lord communicated with him earlier that year. As bi-vocational, Yaphet's career field is educational marketing and now as Executive Pastor, he'll oversee ministry services. He has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Towson University and moved to Central Florida in 1998. Yaphet loves spending time with his children Jaden and Paeton. He also enjoys talking about or reading anything related to entrepreneurship. Matt 6:33, "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you".
Robin has been serving youth and young adults in one capacity or another since 2005, and has been involved in music ministry for about the same amount of time - from being a part of a local Christian rock band, to traveling as far as Brazil to play violin. Robin’s passion is to help the youth navigate this complex world with a deep understanding and conviction in the person of Jesus Christ. It is his desire that the banner of the next generation would not be apologetics, politics, or self-help, but Christ and Christ crucified (1 Corinthians 1:22-25) - that the middle and high schools would become the main mission field for the youth. While the world offers deep questions, they believe the Bible - the inerrant Word of God - offers immeasurably deeper answers that will keep one’s feet planted on solid ground when the rest of the world is turmoil. Robin’s ultimate goal is to come alongside the youth and point them to Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith, so that they may run their race well.

“Worship is never a show, but an outpouring and connection to the King of Kings. It’s always all about Jesus. Our heart is that we want people to truly experience Jesus however He wants to move.”
